Short answer: Definitely, our playmats are certified safe beyond certainty!
Let’s examine: Any material can be inherently safe or toxic and it depends on several factors. The potential determinants if a Polymer product is safe or toxic is dependent on factors including the additives during the manufacturing process. PVC can be manufactured safe and is widely used in biomedical applications such as blood bags.
Phthalates, formamide and heavy metals such as lead, mercury and zinc and including BPA, are toxic additives that may be added to PVC and other materials not limited to TPU, PE etc. for various applications. Unfortunately, products from these processes are still prevalent in our society and common in daily-life such as take-out containers, cling wrap and plastic bottles.
We pride ourselves in saying that our mats are free from all these harmful substances and additives. Don’t just take our word for it, our mats are certified safe not only by Korean Certification mark, but by international testing bodies such as SGS where we attained European safety standard certification EN71-3!
PRODUCTS
Yes, we offer 12 months local warranty for all products against manufacturing faults and defects.

Our Baby Playmats are proudly made in Korea.
Our Eco Playmats are suitable for newborns and onwards.
As we do not do any testing with animals, we are unable to recommend our playmats for use with pets.

- If you change your mind or for some reasons you wish to return the product, you can do that and have your full refund less shipping costs and credit card transaction fees (if applicable). The following conditions apply:
- All return goods must be in unused and original condition with original packaging intact.
- You must complete the return within 7 days of the date of receiving of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs.

(NOTE: Primobabies reserves the right not to accept returns out of the said 7-day return period or if items that are to be returned are not in their original condition)

SHIPPING
We ship to West Malaysia and Singapore. For all other countries and regions, please contact us at Order@Primobabies.com to check if we offer shipping to your area.
- We have warehouses in Korea, Malaysia & Singapore. We ship to both West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
- Orders from Singapore are dispatched thrice a week from our warehouse in Singapore.
- We can ship internationally via international courier. To find out the shipping rate, please email us at hello@primobabies.com
- Delivery within Singapore is $5.00 island wide. (Rate is for first delivery attempt only, in the case of missed deliveries, subsequent delivery attempts will be charged at $15.00)
- We offer FREE delivery for orders within West Malaysia and RM30 flat rate for orders from East Malaysia.
- For shipping to other countries, please request for a quote by sending us an email at hello@primobabies.com
All prices are inclusive of shipping charges to West Malaysia and Singapore.
- Delivery times average between 2-5 working days for Singapore & West Malaysia and 4-6 working days for East Malaysia once your order is confirmed. If you need a shorter delivery time, please request by email us at hello@primobabies.com and we will try our best to help you.
- Deliveries times for offline or Expo sales average between 5-8 working days.
- All deliveries are made by hand.
- Do note that delivery time may be longer during sales and promotion period due to many orders and overloaded at courier service end.
Please allow for 1-3 working days due to processing time. Once your order ships, standard ground shipping takes 3-10 working days.
You should contact us as soon as you can and provide an alternate delivery address at Order@Primobabies.com Provided the product has not been shipped by our courier, we may amend the delivery address.
